Operations Manager

Kawakubo Sushi is looking for Operations Manager. Restaurant Name: Kawakubo Sushi Sake Organic Position: Operations Manager, Restaurant, Full time, Permanent Work Location: 3315 30th Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 2C9 Responsibilities: - Plan, organize and control the operations of a restaurant and food service - Plan and determine type of services to be offered - Recruit staff and responsible for staff training - Manage staff work schedules and monitor staff performance - Control inventory and check revenues and modify prices, operational procedures or cost whenever necessary - Negotiate arrangements with suppliers - Resolve customer complaints - Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Requirement: - 3 years of experience in food service sector with some supervisory experience - Able to communicate in English - Has good time management and supervising skills - Completion of High School Compensation and working hours: - $30 hourly and 30~40 hours weekly If you would like to apply for this position, please send your resume to kawakubohr@gmail.com
