We are seeking a candidate with strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a solid work ethic! Qualifications: -While owning a vehicle isn’t required, having access to reliable transportation is beneficial, as travel to and from job sites is necessary. -Availability to work for most of the summer (April to August). -Physical capability to move ladders and other equipment during the summer months. -Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to completing projects to the highest standard. -Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment -Comfortable working at heights -Have a cellphone Compensation: -Earn up to $28/hour, based on efficiency and the quality of your work.. -Comprehensive training that equips you with valuable skills for life. -Apply in groups to work with friends. -Great college summer job and for students! Responsibilities: -Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks. -Apply paint or other finishes to both indoor and outdoor surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. -Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers. -Protect surrounding areas from paint by using tape, drop cloths, and plastic coverings. -Adhere to safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed. -Transport ladders, paint cans, and other necessary equipment. -Clean and upkeep tools, equipment, and workspaces. -Work as a team to ensure timely completion of projects.
