Who We Are Looking For A positive and experienced leader looking for that enjoys physical work, guiding staff, and who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty. The successful candidate will also enjoy taking on new duties as the role progresses. The Role * Full-time work (consistent 40 hours per week); * Helping to lead a team of amazing coworkers; * Provide excellent customer service to interesting people of all backgrounds; * Provide accurate payment to customers; * Capable of balancing many priorities; * Able to respond to difficult situations if required; * Cleaning, tidying, and other duties as assigned; and * This can be a more physical position that requires some strength and lots of stamina. Work Conditions * Manual dexterity required (you’ll need to be able to pick up bottles, boxes, electronics, et cetera); * Lifting up to 10 lbs. on a constant basis and maneuvering up to 60 lbs. occasionally (fit time, fun time!); * Work is performed inside of the warehouse and, on occasion, outside of the warehouse in all elements; and * This position will be exposed to other elements such as noise, dust and odours.
