The wrap around decks offer both open and covered spaces, with access from 3 sides of the cabin from the main floor. The 1/2 loft is accessed by custom made stairs and railing crafted in local fir, with inlaid dark cherry wood. Featuring 3 open sleeping areas (Queen, Single to King pull-out day bed and double) and a 3 pc bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub with a mountain view! The full, walk out, partially finished, basement is designed with in-floor heating (not utilized to date), wood burning fireplace and 3 pc roughed-in bathroom. Outside, the 1.8 acre landscaped lot also features a gazebo (the Man Cave) overlooking the awe inspiring waterfall with an outside viewing deck and in-door sauna. And if that wasn't enough there is also a beautiful potting (She) Shed, 12 x 12 with opening windows and lots of room for storage and creating! Both have served as overnight guest sleeping spaces! The Trout Lake Internet society (high speed service) has options for seasonal or full time service - currently, there is no cellular service but Internet calling works great! Beaton is a historic, remote community where the Upper Arrow Lake meets the Incomappleux River, known as the Beaton Arm. The upper reaches of the Incomappleux valley are home to some of the only inland temperate rainforest in the world.
