What You Will Do * Provide personal care and attention to residents, ensuring that their activities of daily living needs are met, including meals and personal care. * Observe, report, and record physical or cognitive changes with residents to the LPN or RN. * Provide input into the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Resident’s Care Plans. * Assist with transfers of residents using the appropriate equipment such as lifts, wheelchairs, and walkers. * Encourage and assist residents to participate in social and physical, spiritual, and recreational activities. * Maintain a clean, safe, homelike environment for residents and staff.
