Shelter: BC SPCA - Vernon & District Animal ID: 489252 Birthdate: June 06, 2017 - Adult Spayed/Neutered: Yes Female Meet Sadie, this sweet, gentle giant was surrendered as she does not get along with other dogs. Sadie is a big girl with a lot of strength behind her. Her new family will need to be comfortable working with either a gentle leader or halti while on walks so she is easier to control, especially if she sees another dog. Sadie is a big goofy girl with a fun and loving personality. She loves to play and tends to use her big goofy paws to bat around toys. She has lived peacefully with cats and older children in her previous home and quite enjoyed having a buddy to throw the ball around for her. At this time in Sadie's life she will require a family with no other dogs and a fully fenced backyard that does not back on to dog trails or have dogs that frequently walk by. Owners should be comfortable working with dog aggression and ready to work with a trainer to help Sadie be the well rounded girl we know she can be!
