Hourly Wage: Hourly wage band $45-55/hour based on trades qualifications Compensation: ● $5,000 signing bonus (paid after a successful 3-month probation) ● Completion bonuses (e.g. $200 for completing a heating and cooling system in one day) ● $20 for every Google review mentioning your name ● Overtime available after 8 hours/day Work Shift: Monday-Friday, occasional overtime available but focused on a strong work-life balance Live the Okanagan Trades Life!
