You bring empathy and challenge to the client relationship being resourceful and knowledgeable to the many supports, programs, partners, and community resources that make up a well-rounded journey to meaningful employment. You empower people! As a Case Manager, you appreciate the importance of data collection and reporting aligning with a client's journey. This role involves direct client services with people of all backgrounds and diversities, skills in financial evaluation, conflict resolution and negotiation, time management, and organization. Case Managers maintain a high degree of confidentiality, plan and organize strategically, handle ambiguity and resolve challenges. If this pulls at your passion and skills, we want to hear from you.
