Primary Job Functions * Greet customers, book appointments, write up work orders, and schedule repairs. * Create estimates. * Responsible for creating and invoices. * Sell repairs and services recommended by the technician. * Follow up with customers and keep them updated. * Explain all work performed and charges. Qualifications * Great customer service both in person and over the phone, verbally and in writing. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks at once. * Confidence using computer systems, writing reports, and using scheduling tools. * Experience with schedules and basic accounting procedures. * Self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced, detailed, and process-driven environment. * Previous experience in the automotive or trucking industry is an asset. * Minimum of a High School Diploma.First Truck Centre, doing business as Velocity Truck Centres, aims to provide unparalleled support by offering various sales, vehicle maintenance, parts, collision, and financing services to the industry.
