Position: RN/RPN - WMS Position Summary The Withdrawal Management RN/RPN acts as the first point of professional contact between Withdrawal Management Services (WMS), Transition Services and potential participants. This position works directly with participants, their families and referral sources to determine the care needs, medical history, physical and mental state and any unique circumstances affecting the care requirements of program participants. The RN/RPN is responsible for booking participants, coordinating care requirements during their stay with WMS and Transition Services, and communicating their care needs to the Withdrawal Management and Transition team. This position provides ongoing clinical & program supervision and performance coaching, contributes to the evaluation of all program employees, and participates in a variety of agency initiatives as well as community and agency committees. As a RN/RPN, you will have numerous opportunities to further the professional development of your leadership and clinical skills. The Recovery and Addictions Program Manager will work with you to determine what you are passionate about in this role and will support you in creating an educational roadmap outlining how your clinical, leadership and educational development will translate into program excellence for the participants, employees and the organization. Position: Part Time - 10 days of scheduled on-call per month and 2-3 scheduled shifts per month dependent on staffing needs Wage Range RN/RPN Lead 18P - $41.41-$49.44 per hour with additional on-call compensation for on-call hours.
